Department of Plant Pathology was established in the premises of Agriculture Training Institute (ATI), Quetta in October, 1987.
Affiliation:
BAC is affiliated with the University of Balochistan for award of B.Sc. & M.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture degrees.
Objectives:
- To impart quality education at under and post graduate levels in the field of Plant Pathology.
- To develop HR (Host Resistance) in different fields of Plant Pathology and to take up challenges under current scenario.
- To emphasize on IDM (Integrated Disease Management) to discourage the non judicious use of chemicals for PDM (Plant Disease Management).
