In a landmark move for environmental sustainability, Balochistan Agriculture College Quetta (BACQ) and the Balochistan Forest & Wildlife Department (BFWD) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation. The agreement follows a high-level visit to BFWD nurseries and a strategic meeting at BACQ, attended by top officials including Mr. Fatah Bhangar (Secretary, BFWD) and Prof. Abdul Razzaq Reki (Principal, BACQ).

This MoU enables close collaboration between BACQ’s departments ,Forestry, Wildlife Management, and Horticulture, and the BFWD, aligning efforts with the “Green Balochistan” campaign. The partnership aims to promote afforestation, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable resource management, marking a major step forward in leveraging academic and governmental synergies for environmental progress in the province.
